Helping formerly incarcerated people to seize employment and entrepreneurial opportunity in home building, home improvement, and affordable housing.
Provides supportive services and job finding assistance to people who are unemployed, underemployed, or face barriers to employment.
Provides support for individuals on Missouri State Supervised Probation or Parole, including employment assistance.
Provides supportive a monthly 3 week course in job readiness. Classes cover dressing for success, soft skills, finance and budgeting, developing a resume and more. Once the class is completed, the participants receive job placement assistance, work clothing from the boutique, and continued coaching and mentoring.
They assist persons returning to the community following release from prison to find and keep living wage employment. Focus is on helping persons move into career employment.
